Private Yoga Classes

Group Yoga Classes

Yoga Retreat

Relax and focus better without distractions at our Pine Mountain Club Retreat. Located two hours northwest of Los Angeles, this serene location has a golf course, club house, fishing, hiking, shopping, and dining in a beautiful mountain setting.

What to Expect

  • Warm welcome and brief check-in with the instructor to note injuries or special needs.

  • A structured sequence: centering/breathwork, movement (standing and seated postures), balance and core work, cooling poses, and guided relaxation or meditation.

  • Cueing for alignment, breath, and pacing, with hands-on adjustments offered when appropriate.

  • Use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets to enhance accessibility and comfort (as appropriate).

  • A predictable class length, commonly 45–60 minutes.
